Florida Pagan Gathering – Beltaine 2019
Maddox Ranch 2211 Bella Vista Rd, LakelandJoin me at Florida Pagan Gathering for their annual Beltane celebration! I'll be presenting three different workshops: Asphalt, Concrete & Steel - We'd all love to scamper about in a forest or a field being magical and Pagan and witchy... but realistically, that's not always possible. If you live in a city or suburb, never fear - there are still plenty of ways you can practice a magical life! Learn how to use city and suburban elements in your magical workings and rituals. Flying Solo - Do you practice as a solitary Pagan, witch, or Wiccan? Learn some tried & true tips on a successful solitary practice, as well as the basics of ritual and spell construction! Bring a notebook to write down ideas - and if you'd like to share some of your own, we'd love to hear them! Pagan Leadership - As the Pagan community grows and changes, those who step into a leadership role – whether by choice or by chance – often feel overwhelmed. Use these top management principles and strategies from the executive suite to help you become a more effective leader in today’s Pagan community. Discussion will include leadership self-assessment to determine what kind of leader you are, using the Pareto principle to set goals, and how to translate business principles into spiritual leadership to create an educated and ethical clergy.
