In its second year, Mystic South is an indoor conference born after several Pagans lamented the lack of a large community event serving the Southern region of the US. This three day event is filled with workshops, educational abstract presentations, rituals, community building, and much more. Discussion will include leadership self-assessment to determine what kind of leader you are, using the Pareto principle to set goals, and how to translate business principles into spiritual leadership to create an educated and ethical clergy. Friday, July 13, 5 pm: Unity Through Community: Organizing Public Pagan Events Want to level up with your Pagan event planning? Depending on where you live, odds are good that at some point, you’ve thought about hosting a public Pagan event. So, how do you get one off the ground? From rounding up volunteers to fundraising to dealing with interlopers, we’re going to look at all the unique issues that you’ll need to keep in mind when you organize a public Pagan festival, ritual, or other event.
